Wellness Angels Scholarship Application

I am offering a scholarship to help a young person so they can regain their health. My hope is that in the next few months, I can help give this person another chance at a healthy life. If you know someone in need, please let them know about this opportunity.

The ideal health conditions for me to work with are: Autoimmune disease, Thyroid conditions, Digestive conditions, Type 2 Diabetes, and Pain related conditions.

I provide a Functional Medicine approach that is focused on specialized testing to find the true cause of a person's condition and fix it through clinical nutrition as well as chiropractic care.

Here's what the scholarship includes:

Any of my services at no charge for a minimum of 3 months
$400 towards lab testing and treatments

Here's are the requirements:

Must be a young person approximately age 12-21
Must be willing to make lifestyle and dietary changes
Must be willing to have some lab testing done to determine the cause of their problems
Must be someone who would otherwise have difficulty paying for this type of care
Must have a positive attitude and a strong desire to get well
